雇主可以申请哪些外劳工种?
建造业短缺的技术工人、技术人员和工地监督人员工种;运输业短缺工种;「补充劳工计划」涵盖的26个工种(营业代表、售货员、收银员、初级厨师等)。
2. Interview invitation
雇主可否自行在内地招聘输入劳工及办理有关手续?
如拟输入劳工为内地居民,雇主必须经劳务企业招聘输入劳工。劳务企业是指已获国家商务部批准并取得对香港特别行政区(香港特区)劳务合作经营资格的企业。雇主向入境事务处申请输入劳工的签注∕进入许可时须提交下列文件:
i. 由个别拟输入劳工填妥及签署的「声明及授权书」(ESLS-11正本,并必须于「声明及授权书」内注明安排其赴港工作的劳务企业名称;
ii. 及由雇主及获委托的劳务企业填妥及签署的「内地输香港特别行政区劳务合作共同声明书」(ESLS-12)(下称「共同声明书」)副本。
请注意,政府给予雇主有关原则性批准的条件之一是雇主须提交上述文件及符合上述招聘要求。如雇主未能符合上述招聘要求,及∕或提交上述(i)及(ii)所列文件所载的数据不全或不正确,入境处不会处理涉及的内地输入劳工签注∕进入许可申请。同时,雇主须就每宗获准输入劳工的申请安排每间获委托的劳务企业填写一份「内地输香港特别行政区劳务合作共同声明书」,并由雇主及劳务企业的负责人或授权代表签署及盖章作实。上述要求同样适用于雇主日后的替补输入劳工申请。
3. The interview
雇主是否可以安排输入劳工在不同的地点工作?
不建议。输入劳工来港后,须在雇佣合约指定的职务范围及在指定的地点工作,申请更换工作地点会涉及到较多繁琐的程序。
4. Test task
输入劳工的薪资及待遇福利如何?
输入劳工薪资不得低于政府统计处最新编制的行业每月工资中位数。输入劳工福利与本地工人基本一致,受香港劳工法例保障,享有薪假期、医疗福利保障,不用供「强积金」。

如何为输入劳工支付薪酬?
可通过银行转账,若尚未拥有银行账户,可暂时用现金或支票支付,并须妥善保存相关记录。
